Sverige | Örebro

Wadköping | Mijn dag in Örebro begon met een bezoek aan Wadköping, een oud gedeelte van de stad. een stukje met historie, maar ook kleine winkeltjes en galerijtjes. De eerste foto’s is gemaakt in een kamer van Hjalmar Bergman. In de middag maakte ik een fijne wandeling langs de rivier Svartån en kwam ik langs S:t Nicolai Kyrka.

Wadköping | My day in Örebro began with a visit to Wadköping, an old part of the city. It is a place with a rich history, but also small shops and galleries. The first photo is taken in one of Hjalmar Bergman’s rooms. In the afternoon, I took a pleasant walk along the Svartån river and passed S:t Nicolai Kyrka.

Örebro Slott | In de middag bezocht ik Örebro Slott. Een prachtig kasteel in het midden van de stad. De wilde wingerd kruipt in de prachtige herfsttinten langs de muur. De boekenkamer was een kamer met ontzettend veel sfeer. Het had iets mystieks.

Örebro Castle | In the afternoon, I visited Örebro Castle, a beautiful castle in the centre of the city. Wild vines climb up the wall in beautiful autumn colours. The library was a room with a wonderful atmosphere. It had something mystical about it.

Onderweg terug naar het hotel, ging de zon prachtig onder bij Lerbäcks Kyrka. Ik kon niet laten om hier nog even te stoppen. De boom in de voorgrond met de prachtige herfsttinten trok mijn aandacht.

About the photos:

On the way back to the hotel, the sun set beautifully at Lerbäcks Kyrka. I couldn’t resist stopping here for a moment. The tree in the foreground with its beautiful autumn colours caught my attention.
