Een grijze en gure winterdag aan het strand van Nieuwvliet Bad. Er staat een ijzige wind. De zee is vandaag woester. Het spel van het zeewater en de paalhoofden is onstuimig. Tegen het einde van de middag komt er iets van een blauw nuance in de grijze wolken massa. Het is fijn om even rust te vinden in het roerige leven van nu.

A gray and gloomy winter day on the beach at Nieuwvliet Bad. There is an icy wind. The sea is more ferocious today. The play of the sea water and the pilings is tumultuous. Toward the end of the afternoon, something of a blue nuance appears in the gray mass of clouds. It’s nice to find some peace in today’s stormy life.
